Bob Kustka
Bob Kustka is President of Fusion Factor, Inc., a strategic Human Resource consulting firm.
A former senior executive at The Gillette Company, Bob is a workforce and productivity consultant for companies like W.B. Mason, LEGO and Fidelity Investment, and develops strategies for business owners and senior managers to maximize human capital through better organizational design and leadership development.
In his 25 years at Gillette, Bob contributed to successful launches of Gillette's biggest products and was responsible for developing their global leadership program. He was oversaw numerous organizational restructuring and acquisitions of global business units spanning over 40 countries and the Expatriate Program during period of 300% expansion. He supported Commercial Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Research and Development and Information Technology.
An entrepreneur, Bob co-founded Career Bound, the first, comprehensive, personalized process to help college students identify what they may want to do after college and coaching them step by step on how to get there. A natural problem solver and connector, Bob knows the questions to ask regarding leadership, people and creating a productive work environment.
Bob’s management articles have appeared on Businessweek.com and in Dealer Magazine and international business journals. He is the author of ‘Building Competency for a Profitable Workforce’ and is a regular guest on The Small Business Advocate radio show and is a member of their Brain Trust.
He is currently on the board of directors of Smart from the Start and The Marble Collection, non-profit organizations focusing on education.
Bob has a B.S. in Management from Boston College and an M.S. in Training and Development from Lesley University. He has been adjunct faculty at Boston University, Babson College, and Lesley University.
