Hill & Partners Wins HCEA Contest
Hill & Partners are excited to announce winning the HCEA 2009 annual meeting logo competition. The HCEA (Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association) Annual Meeting is the only educational conference in North America each year that focuses solely on the needs of both the healthcare exhibit marketers and medical meeting organizers. In August, they launched their search for a unique logo graphic for their upcoming event in Tampa, Florida. On October 10th, Hill & Partners was announced as the winner out of 34 entries!
In this challenge H&P jumped at the chance to showcase the talent of their graphics team. The idea was to design a memorable image that captured the spirit of the convention with an option to incorporate the location in which it was held. The logo needed to be eye-catching as it is to be used on all stationary, program layouts, signs, advertisements and web sites relating to the HCEA convention. Hill & Partners’ entry features a depiction of a sailboat on waves of water, representing the shifting nature of the healthcare convention marketing industry and highlighting the location of the meeting. With the vivid blue boat, cobalt waves and golden horizon, the image attracts the type of attention the HCEA selection committee was after.
